Striker however only wants loan move away
Chelsea Football Club want to sell Loic Remy to Leicester City, according to Sky Sports News.
The Frenchman has been out of favour at Stamford Bridge, with Diego Costa being used as the lone-striker throughout the majority of the campaign, and he’s now desperate to complete a loan-move away from the club.
Leicester City have been strongly linked with signing the striker, but according to reports, the Blues want to sell him permanently, whilst Remy only wants a loan deal.
Loan or Permanent
It’s understood the striker wants to stay at Chelsea ahead of next season because he wants to impress the new manager once he’s appointed.
It’s believed Leicester are happy for either deal, but they cannot get Remy or Chelsea to change their minds as it stands.
