The agent of Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic has revealed that his client has attracted the interest of other European teams, including Premier League rivals Arsenal and Chelsea.
Inter boss Roberto Mancini has already stated publicly that he has no intentions of selling the Croatian international, who is rated around the £20 million mark.
The 23 year-old only joined the Serie A giants last January from Croatian outfit Dinamo Zagreb, but has impressed in his 30 games at the club. He also has 14 Croatia national team caps to date.
And it was this form which has attracted interest in Brozovic, with his agent Miroslav Bicanic claiming that he’s a wanted man across Europe.
He told Italian website Calciomercato: “Now he’s at the top. This is seen also by other clubs, Spanish and English.
“The Premier League clubs know him very well, and believe he can improve a lot in the next few years, but they also know that he’s not cheap.
“Marcelo is happy at Inter, playing well, the fans love him, everyone at the club believes in him, Milan is fantastic. So we think of a transfer only when Inter will give the green light.
“Prior to that he is focused only on Inter matches and how to achieve the best possible results this season.”
