The Porto attacking midfielder has scored 21 goals in 85 appearances for the club since making his debut for the Primeira Liga outfit back in 2014, However, the 26-year-old is now being heavily linked with a move to the Blues.
Reports also claim Chelsea Football Club are now in the final stages of negotiations for the Porto attacker and a deal could be wrapped up in the next few days.
It is also understood that Porto want £23.5million for Brahimi but could settle for just half that fee.
Incoming boss Antonio Conte is looking to bring stronger midfield reinforcements to Stamford Bridge ahead of the 2016/17 campaign and Brahimi, among others on his shortlist, are seriously being considered.
