Lazio ace has turned down a new contract offer
Chelsea are being linked with Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia in January as the Blues look to arrest their slide down the Premier League table.
Jose Mourinho‘s side have struggled for early-season form and have earmarked Biglia as a man who can make a difference in their struggling midfield, with his side currently sitting 16th in the league.

The Argentine international turned down a new deal with current side Lazio in September, sparking rumours that he was eyeing a move away from the Italian capital.
Manchester United were also linked with Biglia throughout the last transfer window, and will no doubt be interested again alongside their rivals from Stamford Bridge should he become available this January.
