Chelsea are considering a summer swoop for Bayern Munich midfielder, Mario Gotze.
Gotze admitted this week that he has grown in frustration at the amount of game time he has had. The German feels that he has not been given enough playing time to justify his £30 million pound price tag when he joined Bayern Munich, after leaving rivals Borussia Dortmund.
Speaking to German Media, the player said: . Of course I’m not happy,’ ‘I want to win back the trust of the coach to play more.’
These comments have alerted Chelsea, who have been long-term admirers of Gotze, with reports suggesting that the club are lining up a move in the summer transfer window.
It seems that Chelsea will not be alone in their attempts to sign the midfielder, with Arsenal and Napoli also keen on Gotze.
