Blues full-back Kenedy has been reportedly told by Conte that he can leave Stamford Bridge.
Turkish giants Fenerbahce are said to be keen to take him onboard.
The 21-year-old was sent home from Chelsea’s pre-season tour this summer after posting an “inappropriate” social media post which was people wrongfully had deemed as highly offensive and racist.
The youngster is now subject to interest from Fenerbahce who are pushing for his signature on loan and will contact Chelsea to open negotiations.
The player himself is keen to move away from the London club to gain valuable game time as he has struggled to break into the first team at Chelsea under Conte.
