Chelsea are rumoured to be working on a shocking loan deal to sign Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard.
Jose Mourinho has recently admitted that he is still an admirer of the former England captain even after trying to sign him ten years ago at Chelsea and again at Real Madrid and Inter.
Gerrard is set to play his last game for Liverpool in May and has stated that he will join MLS side LA Galaxy although the new MLS season does not start up until February next year which is why the blues are lining up a short-term loan deal in the summer.
Manchester City have also been linked with the Scouse captain but Liverpool have also said that they would like their local hero to return to Anfield in the future.
