Nathan Ake has openly admitted that he hardly ever speaks to Antonio Conte.
However, he instead is in constant contact with the Blues’ technical coach Eddie Newton and his assistant Paulo Ferrera.
Ake spoke to Football Focus: “Do I have much contact with Conte? Not with the manager, no.
“But there’s a department there with people like Paulo Ferrera and Eddie Newton and you keep in contact with them.
“They help you. They try to see the games and say what they think.
“They always try to help you improve and let them make you ready.”
Ake and his Bournemouth team-mates travel to Arsenal tomorrow in a bid to push themselves up the Premier League table.
