The Blues are said to preparing a move for Leicester star Riyad Mahrez this summer,
Mahrez could cost them close to £55 million according to reports.
Chelsea are looking to consolidate on their title winning summer and have been heavily linked with a number of big stars.
Lukaku is high up on the speculation list, with the Blues said to be keen to get him back to Stamford Bridge with a pay cit involved.
And Mahrez has made it clear to Leicester that he wants to leave the club this transfer window.
Following an incredible season with Leicester winning the Premier League title, Mahrez however, has dropped off a little bit this season.
Arsenal and Everton are also said to be interested and Chelsea are eager to seal a deal.
