According to reports today, The Blues are set for talks with Serie A Giants AC Milan over a player-plus cash swap deal.
The report says Cesc Fabregas could be set to leave Stamford Bridge to join Milan in a player plus cash deal.
CalcioMercato are claiming the Serie A side are ready to hold talks with the Blues for Fabregas, who has made only four Premier League appearances this season and was an unused substitute at Hull.
Chelsea apparently want a cash-plus-player agreement, around the €10 million mark and full-back Mattia de Sciglio, with officials from both clubs now set to begin talks.
De Sciglio, worked with Blues boss Antonio Conte during his time as coach of the Italian national side, however, there is another club very interested in the 23-year-old Italy international
Liverpool, who have been linked with a new left-back since the summer, are also keen on De Sciglio, and reports last month suggested they had seen an offer for him turned down.
