Chelsea are set to loan out youngster Tomas Kalas for the upcoming season, with German side Cologne his likely destination.
According to reports in Germany, Kalas is set to seal his season-long loan away from Stamford Bridge, and Jose Mourinho is hopeful that the experience will be good for the 21-year-old, who is predicted a bright future at the club.
The Czech international made his full first-team debut in a massive Premier League game against Liverpool at Anfield, and after a brilliant performance in their 2-0 surprise victory. Kalas won many plaudits.
Now Mourinho is keen to give him first-team experience for a whole season so that he can return and challenge alongside John Terry and Gary Cahill in the 2015/2016 season.
Kalas went on to make four first-team appearances last season, and will be keen to gain regular football in Germany.
