Chelsea are set to test Manchester United and FC Barcelona within regards to the signing of Bayern Munich man Toni Kroos.
Kroos, who is currently away in Brazil at the World Cup finals with Germany, has emerged as a new target for Jose Mourinho’s side.
Manchester United had been previous favorites to land the midfielder, who impressed during Bayern’s title winning campaign.
Kroos has stalled on a new deal at the German Bundesliga side, and is now on the look out for a new club, and the Blues will offer him £120,000 a week wages to try and lure him to London.
