Chelsea manager wants to add yet another midfielder to his already large list of midfielders. He may be preparing a bid for Blaise Matuidi in the January transfer window however he may have competition as Manchester City have shown some interest aswell. Matuidi’s contract runs out in June and both english clubs have made an inquiry. He has been talking of a contract extension however it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere due to the pay rise he has asked for. The French international has played just 15 games for PSG since 2010.
