Loic Remy and Radamel Falcao both set for exits?

Chelsea are ready to allow striking-duo Loic Remy and Radamel Falcao leave the club this month, according to reports.

Both have struggled for game-time this season, with Remy seen as second-fiddle to Diego Costa and Falcao struggling to stay fit for the majority of the campaign.

Remy joined the Blues last summer after he agreed to join from Queens Park Rangers, whilst Falcao joined this summer after completing a season-long loan move from AS Monaco.

However, neither have managed to break into the first-team on a regular basis and both could be set for departures this month.

Strikers Set for Exit

According to reports, Chelsea officials have offered Remy to Newcastle United for the remainder of the season, with the Magpies in dire need of attacking power up front.

The Frenchman used to play for Newcastle during a season-long loan spell, and he quickly became a fan favourite at St James’ Park, so a return could be beneficial for all parties.

As for Falcao, he is expected to have his loan-deal terminated, which would see him return to Monaco.

If the duo do leave, it will be likely that Guus Hiddink will bring in a new striker to cover for the departures.
