Chelsea told to pay £20 million to sign top target
Chelsea have been told to pay £20 million to sign Andy Carroll according to Sky Sports. The West Ham United striker has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge this season.
The former Liverpool striker is a target for The Blues as Michy Batshuayi is not able to provide any cover to Alvaro Morata. The Spaniard has been struggling in front of goal but Conte does not have anyone else to play instead of him.

Despite the report, West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan and manager David Moyes insisted this morning there had not been any contact between the clubs. Chelsea are yet to make a move for Carroll and if they are really interested in him, they need to make a swift move.
Batshuayi on the other hand has attracted interest from Sevilla and Borussia Dortmund. The two clubs are keen on signing him and have already held talks with Chelsea.
