Chelsea Football Club have once again had their offer for Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan rejected.
According to reports from Italy’s pink newspaper, Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie A giants have rejected a €40m offer for Nainggolan from The Blues.
Chelsea showed a genuine interest in signing Nainggolan back in June, and offered €32m with an additional €3m in bonuses.
However, Roma were hesitant to sell him having already sold Miralem Pjanic to Juve.
At this present time, it would seem it will be quite the task for Chelsea to lure Nainggolan to Stamford Bridge.
