Arsenal trio Francis Coquelin, Danny Welbeck and Jack Wilshere have all returned to training today, earlier than expected.
The stars have all been long term absentees with major injuries as part of an injury crisis that struck Arsene Wenger’s side earlier on this campaign.
Coquelin’s absence had particularly been a big blow for the Gunners, with manager Wenger bringing in Egypt international Mohamed Elneny from FC Basel to cover the young Frenchman.
However, the Times claim that Coquelin has today returned to training earlier than expected, along with England international’s Danny Welbeck and Jack Wilshere.
All three are still several weeks away from being available for first-team action, but could be in contention for selection again in February.
