Injured Rose is expected to depart Spurs after a rant in a national newspaper over the summer about the club’s wage structure.
Tottenham’s Danny Rose has reportedly chosen to snub Chelsea and join Manchester United next summer as he plots his exit from the London club.
According to reports from the Daily Star, Jose Mourinho has claimed that Rose is one of his main targets and its prepared to spend £45million to get him.
The English man is in high demand as Chelsea are keen to get they hands on him, however, it is understood Rose would prefer a move to Old Trafford.
The 27 year old has been out of action since January where he suffered knee ligament damage at Sunderland.
He underwent surgery in May and is expected to return to training within the next couple of weeks.
Over the summer Rose stunned Spurs with an interview with a newspaper on a rant about wages.
Rose said in the now infamous interview that he would be open to offers in order to increase his wages.
As a result Spurs chairman Daniel Levy issued him with a fine and made him apologise publicly.
