According to a local Everton fan on Twitter, Manchester United manager David Moyes slated the fans of his former-club for the abuse he received when the two sides met on Wednesday evening.
The night ended badly for Moyes as his former-side beat his new-side 1-0 at Old Trafford after an 86th minute winner by Bryan Oviedo.
It is reported that Moyes labelled the Everton fans as disgraceful and an embarrassment to the club after they abused him throughout the match on Wednesday.
The altercation with this specified fan apparently took place in the bar of Manchester’s Lowry Hotel.
The fan stated that Moyes said their actions were disgraceful especially after he turned them from a relegation club to one of the Premier League’s best, but since the reports have broken, he has deleted his Twitter account so that no-one can now see his original statements.
