The Blues have secured the loan move of Mukhtar Ali to Vitesse.
Mukhtar Ali joins the Dutch club until the end of the season.
A statement on Chelsea’s official website read:
“Development squad player Mukhtar Ali has joined Vitesse Arnhem on loan until the end of the season.
Mukhtar Ali is a box-to-box midfielder who was a regular in our UEFA Youth League and FA Youth Cup-winning sides last season. He has represented England up to Under-17 level.
The 19-year-old moves to the Dutch club for what will be his first loan to a senior squad. “
