Blues ready to make £29m offer for PSG star
Edinson Cavani could be on his way to Stamford Bridge in a deal that could see playmaker Oscar leave Chelsea.
According to his international team-mate Alvaro Gonzalez, the Uruguay striker has voiced his concern about staying in Paris following the recent terrorist attacks.
The 28-year-old forward has been in good form this season, scoring seven times in 12 Ligue 1 matches, and has an impressive record of 65 goals in 113 games for the French champions.
