After much interest from Chelsea over a potential summer move for the Frenchman, N’golo Kante isn’t ruling out a move to the London club.
Since joining Leicester from Caen in the summer, Kante has arguably been one of the Premier League stars this season, and has been a pivotal part of Leicester City’s recent success.
These string of fantastic individual performances have seen an increased interest from Chelsea, who after having a write off of a season, will be looking to bring in some fresh faces this summer.
These performances have translated onto the international stage, and after appearing and scoring for France in the 4-2 win over Russia this week, Kante is refusing to rule out changing teams.‘I will fight for Leicester this season,’ he said.
‘Next season we never know and we will see.
‘At this moment I am focused on Leicester.
‘I don’t mind about [being linked with] the other clubs.’
With John Obi-Mikel potentially leaving the Blues this summer, N’golo Kante would be a more than ideal replacement for the Nigerian, however, the 25 year old French international would probably set back Chelsea round £25million.
