The ex-Chelsea boss moves closer to his Premier League return
According to reports, a deal is in place for Jose Mourinho to become the Manchester United manager for next season.
Sky Sports Italy claim that the appointment will be confirmed in a ‘matter of hours’ and he will finally replace Louis van Gaal in the Red Devils’ dugout after a lot of speculation.
There have been rumours that van Gaal would keep the job for the final year of his contract IF United win the FA Cup on May 21.
However, it seems that is not the case as Mourinho believes he will be back in management by at least June 30.
