Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and president Uli Hoeness are reportedly very happy with sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic.

“Hasan is incredibly hard-working, incredibly agile, and – I like that – when a transfer opens, he is like the young Uli Hoeness on the prowl and will not let up. That’s why I think he’ll be successful here. We are planning some things we will do in the transfer market. Whether that will be in the winter break, or whether we postpone that to the summer – you have to see if anything turns up.”

The Bavarians sporting director has recently come under extreme scrutiny and criticism in the media for being an extremely passive figure. However, the CEO and the President of the club are confident that their choice will come through in the coming months.

Bayern are the top dogs in Germany and more often than not poach up every rising talent from fellow domestic clubs at the drop of a hot. It has seen them become the domestic superpowers and became an European giant as well. However, Bayern needs to compete with big budget teams like City, PSG and Real in Europe and having the right man for transfer negotiations will be key to European success.
