7. Steve Tilson – Served 7 Years at Southend United
Steve Tilson had a 7 year spell at Southend from 2003-2010. Tilson started out as director of the club before the then manager Steve wingnail after he was sacked Steve Tilson was named as the care taker and led Southend to their first national cup final in 2004 he was given the job on full time basis.
