Chelsea are prepared to let several players leave including goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to free up funds in order to let new manager Antonio Conte revamp the side.

The Daily Express claim that recently appointed Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is prepared to let Belgium international Thibaut Courtois leave the club if the asking price is met as he begins his renovation at Stamford Bridge.

The 23-year-old has been on Real Madrid’s transfer target list for a couple of years now, and would be allowed to go back to Spain if the club’s price-tag of £60million was met by the Spanish giants.

Conte will also hold talks with frustrated striker Diego Costa to make a final decision on the striker’s future at the Blues. Whether the Spain international stays or not, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is looking to bolster his attacking options by bringing in Gonzalo Higuain and Romelu Lukaku from Napoli and Everton respectively.

There could be further outgoings for the London club. Radamel Falcao, Alexandre Pato, Pedro, Oscar, Nemanja Matic, Papa Djilobodji and Michael Hector could all sold by Chelsea, giving new boss Conte over ÂŁ150m to revamp his side in the summer transfer window.
