The former Malaga man could be on his way out of the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid’s midfielder Isco has set his heart on Real Madrid exit in January, according to reports in Spain.

Real Madrid are planning to sign several players next year, but they are also getting ready to see some of their figures leave the club. It was believed that a host of players were to part ways with Los Blancos last summer, but only a few of them ended up leaving the club.

Next year, though, things might be completely different for the La Liga champions, as Isco Alarcon could be on his way out of the Santiago Bernabeu. The Spain international hasn’t had the best time in the club and has reportedly decided to call it quits with Madrid, frustrated by the lack of minutes this season under coach Zinedine Zidane.

According to Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda, Isco could leave Real next January, trying to find more opportunities to play, as he intends to represent Spain in the 2020 UEFA Euro.

“Isco can leave Real Madrid in January. He has thought about it, he is still thinking about it”, Inda said on El Chiringuito.

“He is not playing and he wants to play the Euro 2020. If he doesn’t play with Madrid, it is going to be hard and impossible. He believed he could play more and have a bigger role. The problem is the Euro. If he doesn’t play, he won’t be called.”

The 27-year-old hasn’t been one of Zinedine Zidane’s favorite players, that is a fact, so a change of air is probably what he needs.
