Hazard, who is yet to play a competitive game for Chelsea despite joining the club in 2012, has spent the last two seasons on loan Belgian outfit Zulte Waregem.

The 21-year-old is now hoping to secure a temporary move to a Premier League side if he cannot be guaranteed regular minutes by Jose Mourinho.

And Hazard, who is the younger brother of Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, is reportedly is now attracting interest from a number of English sides after taking the Pro League by storm.

While Brendan Rodgers is keen on taking Hazard under his wing next season there is a good chance the Reds could land the attacking midfielder.

However the Anfield outfit may have to fight off competition from Everton as Toffees boss Roberto Martinez is also said to be preparing an offer for Chelsea’s Belgian starlet.
