Everton are set to table a £10 million bid for Alessio Cerci.
The Italian forward has been a target of Roberto Martinez, and it is thought that Everton are reportedly after the Torino striker.
And the 26 year old scored 13 League goals in Serie A last season.
The Italian international is also an alternative to Romelu Lukaku, who looks set to depart Chelsea, but to a club in Spain or Italy.
Torino director Gianluca Petrachi stated.
He said: “We want to keep Alessio because we don’t need to sell at this moment in time.
