The owner of the club has decided to pay Falcaos buy out option worth 60 million euros to Atletico and the only thing missing is the official announcement. Atletico was negotiating with Chelsea as well, but it seems like Falcao has chosen to join Monaco and is ready to embrace a new adventure.
