Cesc Fabregas is all set for a £30 million move to Chelsea.
Fabregas has been told that he is free to leave Barcelona this coming summer, and it is likely that Chelsea will be his destination.
And Mourinho will do all he can to bring the 27 year old to West London, by offering him 200,000 a week.
Fabregas joined Barcelona from Arsenal in 2011, and was a recent target for Manchester United.
Mourinho is looking at the midfielder to replace the departing Frank Lampard, with the Portuguese boss looking to conclude all his deals before the World Cup finals.
