FRANK DE BOER: Ajax manager to snub offers for Man City job in 2016

Frank De Boer is set to snub job offers from Liverpool, Newcastle United and Tottenham, in favour of a role at Manchester City in 2016.

The 44-year-old has been linked with the jobs at Newcastle and Tottenham, but will reportedly snub any deals, in favour of a Man City move, according to his brother Ronald.

De Boer, currently in-charge of Dutch Eredivisie title-holders, Ajax, could take the Manchester City role, should Manuel Pellegrini lose his job, following a torrid season.

And his brother Ronald added further more fuel to the fire, by stating that Frank wants the job at the Etihad.

“Frank would be interested in managing Manchester City in the future,” hid brother told talkSPORT.

“He’s already said he will stay at Ajax until 2016.

“If Manchester City or Barcelona come for him he will still stay [at Ajax].

“After that [2016], he is ready to take on a job like that.”
