AC Milan Chief Executive Adriano Galliani is adamant that Mario Balotelli is staying at the San Siro, despite interest from Arsenal.

Balotelli has been the subject of intense speculation regarding his future this summer.  In a statement, Galliani said ‘Mario is training like the other players. He never asked to be sold. 100 per cent does not exist on the transfer market, but 99.9 per cent does’.

The 23 year old, who has 33 caps for Italy, has been a colourful character throughout his career. He was signed in January 2013 from Manchester City, and has also played for Milan’s city rivals Inter Milan.

Arsenal are understood to be monitoring the situation.

Galliani also admitted that Milan are keen on Gunners youngster Joel Campbell, so the possibility of a swap deal can not be ruled out.
