The Italian forward has not had much first team action since new boss Massimiliano Allegri took charge of Juventus.

The 27 year-old’s current contract with the Turin club expires at the end of the season and his agent – Andrea D’Amico – admits he will be looking to the Premier League trio as a possible destination this January.

With Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal all showing an interest in the forward it seems that England will be the most likely move.

“When he has played as a starter he always did really well, likewise in the national team, but then he went back to the bench at Juventus,” D’Amico said.

“What more can you ask of a player that brings together experience, technique, class and creativity?

“The final word comes down to Allegri, but it’s only normal that when a player has these qualities and sees himself rewarded in such small measure, he will feel angry within himself about his position.

“In any case his contract expires in 2015 and from the beginning of January he’ll be free to evaluate other options for his future.”
