Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has stated that he is happy playing for the club, and wants to push onto gain a regular starting place.
Kane scored in the 3-1 win over London rivals Fulham at White Hart Lane, in what was his third goal in three starts for Spurs.
The 20 year old has been given a chance in the first team over recent weeks, and has certainly repaid Sherwood’s trust.
Kane stated in his post-match interview.
“It’s been great to get some starts and three in three is great,” Kane told BT Sport following the game at White Hart Lane. “I’m happy to be playing. You’ve got to take your chances at the very top level and I’ve been able to do that when I’ve been playing.”
The Londoner, who has had loan spells a various other Football League clubs, continued.
