The Blues have made midfielder Marco van Ginkel available for loan in January.
According to Goal, Chelsea are ready to offload Marco van Ginkel when the transfer window reopens and Fenerbahce is interested.
However, the Turkish club may face competition from PSV Eindhoven.
Van Ginkel was in impressive form last season on loan at PSV but last month downplayed speculation over a return.
Quick Fact: Marco van Ginkel has won six caps for Holland
He said: “Whether that’s on the agenda, I don’t know.
“PSV have quite a lot of midfielders at the moment and I am not thinking about the winter window.
“I first want to be completely fit again.
“Of course I would be lying to say that I have forgotten about it; it was a great half a season for me and PSV.”
