Portuguese not worried about his job and refuses to give up

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is adamant that his job is safe at Stamford Bridge and he has confirmed he won’t walk away from the club despite the bad start.

Mourinho‘s first spell at The Bridge ended after he was sacked due to a poor start to the campaign, and this season is very similar, with the Blues picking up just four points from four games.

A draw against Swansea City and a win over West Bromwich Albion are the only points Mourinho’s men have got so far, losing to both Manchester City and Crystal Palace.

However, Mourinho is adamant that his job is safe and he’s issues a rallying cry by stating his desire to stay and put things right.

Mourinho Won’t Give Up

“Let’s be objective. I don’t want to leave the club, in any circumstances,” he said. “And the club doesn’t want me to leave. I’m not going to walk away. The club is not going to sack me. Full stop.

“Why is it different from 2007? Do people think, if myself and Mr Abramovich collided, I would be back three years later?

“Just because I left it does not mean we collided. Right now we have one problem. We are not getting the results we expect to get.

“I have never had a start like this – four matches and just four points. I’m not happy – and I’m happy that I’m not happy.”
