Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho, is keen to sign two of his former-players from Real Madrid, and is prepared to spend £35million in order to lure them to Stamford Bridge.
Centre-back, Raphael Varane, and winger, Jese Rodriguez, are the two players Mourinho wants to sign for Chelsea, and will try and sign them at the end of this season.
Mourinho worked with both players during his time in Spain, and once hailed Varane as the best young defender in the world, and ever since leaving Madrid, he has been keen to sign the Frenchman for the Premier League side.
It’s believed Mourinho will offer £20m for Varane and then £15m for Rodriguez.
Currently the duo are on the fringes of the Madrid first-team, but Mourinho sees them as more than that, and is keen on bringing them over to England to play a big role in his West London outfit.
