Diego Costa, Eden Hazard, Nemanja Matic and Oscar all on the chopping board

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is ready to make drastic changes at Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window and will start by selling FOUR of the first-team regulars.

The Blues have had a nightmare start to the Premier League campaign, losing seven of their opening 12, winning just three, and Mourinho is now ready to make drastic changes to rescue the season.

Mourinho’s job is still believed to be on the line, but after talks with Roman Abramovich, the Portuguese managed to convince the owner to give him until after the transfer window to sort out the mess at Stamford Bridge.

Four Facing the Chop

After seeing his players flop this season, Mourinho is now ready to make mass-changes and will start by raising funds before then recruiting new players.

According to reports, Diego Costa, Eden Hazard, Nemanja Matic and Oscar could all be leaving West London in the New Year, and could all be replaced by Mourinho.

Costa and Hazard are being linked with moves to Spain, while Oscar is being linked with a move to Juventus.

If Chelsea do manage to offload all four, they will be looking at having over ÂŁ100million to spend on new players.
