Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly put striker, Karim Benzema, up for sale, sparking interest from; Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal.
The Real Madrid boss is expected to sell a few big-names either in January or in the Summer, with; Benzema, Iker Casillas, Javier Hernandez and Fabio Coentrao all set to leave the Bernabeu.
The Spanish giants are wary of the Financial Fair Play rules that are set to come into play, and Ancelotti is eager to avoid a punishment from UEFA and is prepared to sell some big names in order to bring in cash to the club.
Despite regularly starting the 26-year-old striker, it’s believed that Ancelotti wouldn’t be too downbeat to see him leave the club, as long as a substantial fee was paid.
Benzema recently signed a new contract at the club worth around £150k-a-week, but he has been a long-term target of both Arsenal and Liverpool.
However, Manchester United have now entered the race after reports suggested that they won’t be keeping Radamel Falcao on a permanent deal due to his injury issues.
