Jurgen Klopp has described reports linking his star defender Mats Hummels with Man United as ‘garbage’. The Borussia Dortmund player has been linked with a 20 million euro move to the Red Devils over the past few weeks.
Boss Klopp has also denied that Marco reus will be leaving the Bundesliga club this summer. The German star is a target fro several Premier League sides but Klopp, speaking to Die Welt, has insisted there is no chance either player will be leaving this summer.
He said: “Both will stay here this season. There is no tendency they’d want to be elsewhere.
“Did they also say 20 million euros? When papers mention such numbers you know it’s garbage.”
