Liverpool and Arsenal dealt massive transfer blow
Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette has confirmed that he will be staying put in France for at least one more season, denting the transfer hopes of both Arsenal and Liverpool.
The 23-year-old has been in superb form so far this season in Ligue 1, scoring 26 goals in 30 games, and despite the mounting interest from the Premier League, the Frenchman has reiterated his desire to stay put for at least one more year.

After such a superb season for Lyon, both Arsene Wenger and Brendan Rodgers were heavily scouting the France international and were both prepared to launch formal bids in the Summer.
According to reports, the Premier League duo were prepared to offer up to ÂŁ35million for the striker, but have been dealt a blow after Lacazette confirmed his desires to stay.
