Arsenal defender, Laurent Koscielny, is likely to miss up to four weeks due to his tendonitis issues.

The French centre-back hasn’t featured for The Gunners since October, and was scheduled to return againts Manchester United after the international break, but according to reports, he could miss a further four weeks.

The 29-year-old has got tendonitis issues in both his heels and despite not needing surgery, Arsenal’s medical team have told the Frenchman to rest in order to recover fully.

Koscielny’s injury leaves Arsene Wenger with just two recognised centre-backs and just four first-team defenders fit.
