Lavezzi has been strongly linked with the Reds this summer with Brendan Rodgers looking for a replacement for star striker Luis Suarez.
And now AS says Liverpool have made a £17.9million offer for the player and PSG are desperate to sell him to the Anfield club.
The Spanish newspaper says PSG want to offload Lavezzi to raise cash for other deals, including Real Madrid star Angel Di Maria.
Lavezzi is one of the club’s highest earners but is not a favourite of manager Carlo Ancelotti, and he is happy to let the player leave.
