West Ham central defender Winston Reid looks likely to join Liverpool despite being linked with moves to Arsenal and Manchester United.
The New Zealander’s contract runs out at the end of the season and it is unlikely that he will sign a new deal at Upton Park.
Reid was linked with a move to Anfield in the summer, but it never materialised instead Dejan Lovren was bought in from Southampton.
Liverpool have only managed to keep two clean sheets since last February in all competitions and manager Brendan Rodgers is keen to sure up the back four.
Sam Allardyce will be desperate to keep the Kiwi stalwart, but he might have a job on his hands standing in Reid’s way.
