Jordan Rossiter and Jon Flanagan both free agents in summer
Liverpool are in real danger of losing two of their promising talents as Jordan Rossiter and Jon Flanagan both look set to enter the final six months of their contracts.
The promising duo are free to talk to overseas clubs as soon as two-weeks due to the Bosman Ruling, and with no contract talks in the pipeline at Anfield, both stars could be set to leave the club.
Jurgen Klopp and co. haven’t began contract discussions with either of Rossiter or Flanagan, leaving them in a risky position of losing them both for free in July or on cut-price deals next month.
Both players are keen to stay at Liverpool and both fill the homegrown quota of the Premier League, but as it stands, both could be out of the door come July.
Wanted Duo
Rossiter is wanted in Italy by Udinese, while Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are also monitoring his situation, according to reports.
People close to Liverpool are dubbing Rossiter the next Steven Gerrard, so officials and fans alike will be desperate for him to sign a new deal.
As for Flanagan, his career has stalled due to serious injuries, but he has been nicknamed the Merseyside Cafu, and he’s another player the club won’t want to lose.
