Liverpool Football Club are reportedly just days away from signing FC Basel midfielder Mohamed Salah.
The 21-year-old has been linked with a big-club move since the Summer after he put in some dazzling performances last season against the likes of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, and according to his former national coach, the move to Anfield is just days away.
It is reported that Brendan Rodgers is willing to spend up to £9million on the Egyptian, and a former team-mate of Salah has already stated that the move is 99% complete.
Bob Bradley, the former Egypt coach, had this to say about Salah and the potential move.
“I was saying yesterday that in Egypt, a great success story in the last two years is a young player called Mohamed Salah,” Bradley said via Egyptian TV channel KingFut.
“He left and we helped him to leave Egypt first to FC Basel, and from what I read and hear, in the coming days you will see his name again because I think it will be a big transfer to a Premiership team.”
