Liverpool are ready and willing to trigger the £32 million release clause of Atletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan.
Reports in the Turkish media suggest that the Reds are set to use the money gained from the £75 million sale of Luis Suarez to Barcelona, on the holding midfielder.
The 27 year old Turkish international enjoyed a fine season for the Spanish club, helping Madrid to a La Liga title, and to a Champions League final.
And now it seems Liverpool are in pole position to land the midfield ace, having beat off the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal, and Bayern Munich within regards to the bidding process.
