Chelsea striker, Loic Remy, has no regrets over his failed move to Liverpool earlier in the Summer, despite his lack of game-time at his new club.

The Queens Park Rangers man was all-set to leave Loftus Road, and it looked like he was going to be joining Brendan Rodgers’, Liverpool, but after failing his medical, the deal fell through and he remained at QPR.

However, he didn’t remain at The Hoops for long and he finally joined Chelsea in a deal worth ÂŁ8million, and despite behind used as a back-up to Diego Costa, Remy insists that he has no regrets over the whole Liverpool saga.

“Everything happens for a reason so I am very happy to be here,” he said.

“The past is the past so now I forget it and I am just concentrated on my team and, yes, winning the title with my team.

“For me the past is the past. We are just looking forward.”
