Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal has informed the club that he needs to sign four more players to make them title challangers’ next season.
United, who spent around £200 million on transfers last summer, currently sit fourth in the Premier League following Sunday’s 2-0 home win against Sunderland.
The Daily Mirror claim that the players on Van Gaal’s wanted list this summer are: Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman, Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin de Bruyne and Borussia Dortmund duo Mats Hummels and Ilkay Gundogan.
Despite signing Angel Di Maria in the summer, it seems that the Iron Tulip is keen to land several more players from Europe’s elite clubs.
